Think your hips are moving well? Look for these 3 signs:

1️⃣ Your stride feels shorter
2️⃣ Getting up after sitting takes a minute
3️⃣ Squatting or bending feels restricted

These everyday changes can be signs that tightness is limiting how freely your hips move. And because your hips play such a big role in walking, bending and other everyday movements, that tightness can become noticeable in more ways than you might expect.Assisted Stretching uses guided, targeted stretches to help address tight areas, improve flexibility and increase range of motion, helping you move more comfortably.

👉 Recognize any of these signs? Give your hips some attention.Book your Assisted Stretching session today.

It feels better for a few days.

Then it’s back.

When the same stiffness or discomfort keeps returning, temporary relief can make it easy to keep putting off getting it checked.

But recurring discomfort may be worth a closer look.

A Chiropractor can assess what may be contributing to the issue and recommend care based on your individual needs.
