We’re thrilled to welcome Fiona to the Elevate team! ✨🏔️

She’s an Irish physiotherapist with almost 30 years of experience and a heart for helping people feel safe, balanced, and supported. Fiona blends Physiotherapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, and life-coaching tools to help clients through everything from stress and trauma to recovery after surgery.

She has a special love for working with mums and babies, and she brings additional training in breast-cancer rehab, offering thoughtful, empowering care at every stage.

We’re so grateful to have her warmth, experience, and collaborative spirit on our team.
