In a time when many optical businesses come and go, our practice has been caring for the vision needs of Carleton Place and Ottawa residents since 1948. Dr. Connie Madigan-Swant joined the practice in 1991. Since that time, we have grown and now have three associates who help us provide eye care to all of our patients.
