As Men's Mental Health Month comes to a close, the conversation doesn't end here.
Many men are taught to stay strong, push through, and carry their struggles quietly. Yet strength is not measured by silence. It is found in honesty, vulnerability, and the courage to ask for support when it is needed.
Mental health challenges can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or circumstance. Taking the first step toward help is not a sign of weakness—it is an act of strength.
As we close this month, let us continue to create spaces where men feel safe to speak openly, seek support, and prioritize their well-being every day of the year.
If you are struggling, know that you do not have to face it alone.
