ATTENTION RURAL QU**RS!

Living rurally, off-grid, or in land-based settings as a q***r person can be both deeply fulfilling and uniquely challenging. While many of us are drawn to the quiet, self-sufficient, and grounded nature of rural life, it can also come with feelings of isolation, invisibility, and disconnection from community.

Rural Qu**rs support group offers a space for q***r folks living in rural environments to come together, share their experiences, and find solidarity in a community that understands the complexity of this way of life. Whether you’re feeling the weight of isolation, longing for community, or simply wanting to share space with others walking a similar path, this group offers a place to feel seen, supported, and understood.

Together, we’ll explore the joys and hardships of rural q***r life, share strategies for resilience, and build meaningful connection. The group is facilitated by Al (they/them), a q***r therapist who lived solo off-grid in rural Nova Scotia for the last five years, bringing their lived experience to the space.

When: biweekly, Monday evenings, 7-8pm
Where: online
How much: PWYC, suggested $30
When does it start: November 28th
How: email [email protected] or call us at 902-593-0753 for more info or to sign up!
