One thing I’d like you to remember is that 5D isn’t a destination that you arrive at and stay in permanently. It’s a state of consciousness that you’ll naturally move in and out of as you continue to grow, heal, and integrate. There will be moments when you feel deeply aligned, connected, and expanded, and other moments when old patterns, emotions, or lessons resurface for review. This doesn’t mean you’re moving backward, it means you’re being given another opportunity to clear, integrate, and embody what you’ve learned at a deeper level.

As you continue this journey, you’ll likely experience new layers of release, a purging of old energies, beliefs, and emotional residue that are no longer aligned with who you’re becoming. Each level of expansion brings new lessons, new awareness, and new opportunities for growth. Over time, what once felt like temporary glimpses of higher consciousness become your natural way of being.

When you’re able to open yourself up to giving a higher capacity of love, but also to receiving it, your entire cellular structure, energetic field, and even your physicality shift as your consciousness resides in higher states of love. As love becomes more embodied within you, it naturally influences the way you think, feel, perceive, and experience reality.

If you would’ve talked to me even five years ago and told me my life would unfold the way it has, that I’d be tapped into what I’m tapped into now, experiencing what I’m experiencing now, I would’ve said, “bullsh*t.”

Because even five or six years ago, I didn’t yet have the consciousness capacity to understand my own evolutionary growth. And that’s the thing about this journey: your awareness changes, your inner world changes, and the more shifts your soul moves through, the more capacity you begin to hold within yourself.

If you’re seeing this, I know you’re moving through your own shifts too. I just want to encourage you to keep going, especially through the hard days, the intense mental processing, the uncomfortable healing stages, and the moments where everything feels uncertain.

Because it’s worth it.

It’s worth it to tune into what you know deep within yourself. It’s worth it to embody a higher level of love, awareness, and truth. And it’s worth it because, through your own transformation, you become someone capable of helping others step into an entirely new way of thinking, living, being, and feeling.

I also want to talk about my experiences in the most grounded human way possible, because I never want people moving into some sort of fantasy or illusionary realm, because that is not what this is. This is higher intelligence, and our physical bodies, nervous systems, mentality, and brains moving along with these shifts. This is about becoming more aware, more conscious, and more connected to ourselves and reality, not escaping it.
