CLINIC UPDATE

We are pleased to announce that beginning July 6th, Dr. Mitchell will be practicing full-time from our Fort Erie clinic location.

As part of this transition, our St. Catharines clinic location will be closing effective June 27th. We understand this may be disappointing for some of our St. Catharines patients, and we are sincerely grateful for the support and trust you have shown us over the years. It has been a privilege to serve the St. Catharines community, and we look forward to continuing to care for those patients who choose to visit us in Fort Erie.

We are excited about this next chapter and the opportunity to expand our presence in Fort Erie. Our team remains committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care, and we look forward to welcoming both existing and new patients to our Fort Erie clinic.

NOW TAKING APPOINTMENTS

We are excited to announce that Dr. Mitchell will be returning to the clinic the week of January 5th for prescheduled appointments only. Our hours will be 10-1pm Monday-Friday to start.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCMENT

EDIT: Although Dr. Mitchell is currently away on medical leave, all medical cannabis appointments will continue as scheduled with our nurse educator. Dr. Mitchell is incredibly grateful and overwhelmed by the kind messages and well wishes he has received.

Dr. Mitchell will be taking a medical leave starting Monday, November 17th. Our clinic will be closed for appointments for 3-4 weeks while he recovers. Reception can still be reached by email during this time for any inquiries ([email protected]).
