Think of a CPAP like wearing glasses.

They help you see while you're wearing them...

But they don't change your eyesight.

The same is true for sleep apnea.

A CPAP is an incredible tool, but if your goal is long-term improvement, you also need to address why your airway is collapsing.

That's exactly what I teach in my Get Off the CPAP Masterclass.

I used to be a great sleeper…

That’s how my client described it.

After a terrifying flight, years of broken sleep caring for a child with night terrors, and constant travel for work, his body — and his mind — never truly settled again.

He’d fall asleep on the couch, but the moment he got into bed… his mind would start racing.
Songs looping. Thoughts spiraling. Replaying the day. Planning tomorrow.

He slept lightly. Woke easily.
Talked in his sleep. Grinded his teeth. Woke up exhausted.

By day, he pushed through — running a business, traveling internationally, being “on” all the time.
But underneath it all, his nervous system was stuck in survival mode.

He tried sleeping pills. He tried forcing better sleep.
Nothing stuck — because the problem wasn’t willpower.

When we worked together, we focused on helping his nervous system feel safe again — so his mind didn’t need to stay alert at night.

And within the first couple of weeks, things shifted.

“I was falling asleep deeply again — like someone waved a magic wand of rest.”

If your sleep changed after stress, trauma, or years of pushing through…
If your mind won’t stop the moment your head hits the pillow…

You’re not broken. Your body adapted.

And with the right guidance, it can rest again.

If this feels like you, DM me “SLEEP.” to book your free 15 min discovery call.

You can sleep well again and feel great again — one breath at a time.

What I wish I knew 10 years ago about sleep

There is lots but when it comes to sleep

1. Vitamin D is not a vitamin but a hormone that has many roles in our bodies including sleep.

2. Waking up with drool or dry mouth isn’t a sign you had a good night sleep - it actually means your sleep quality isn’t great

3. Food sensitivities is linked to sleep disorder breathing

4. Sinus headaches has to do with your tongue and how you are breathing

5. Seasonal allergies can be a sign of sleep disorder breathing

6. Having wisdom teeth taken out can make your mouth smaller and can compromise your airway

7. Having braces without addressing the size of your mouth can contribute to sleep disorder breathing

Which one surprises you?

Still waking up exhausted... even though you're getting enough hours in bed?

It might not be how long you're sleep—it's how you're sleeping.

A few habits that could be sabotaging your sleep:
- Not drinking enough water
- Scrolling before bed
- Sleeping in on weekends
- Hitting snooze
- Going to bed before you're actually sleepy

Small changes can make a big difference.

But if you've already tried all the "sleep hygiene" tips and you're still waking up tired, it may be a sign of an underlying sleep disorder like sleep apnea or UARS.

That's exactly why I created my 3-Step Sleep Assessment—to uncover the real reason you're not waking up rested.

Comment or DM "SLEEP" and I'll send you the details.

Have you done the same and you have kept trying the new things but nothing has worked?

It is disheartening isn’t it?

But there is hope.

Don’t give up.

There is solution.

With the proper guidance and support, Ryan has transformed his life.

The good and bad news about CPAP….

Many people do not need the CPAP machine…

The bad news? Many doctors push for it, without doing a proper assessment. You might have already spent a lot of money…

The good news? You can train yourself to sleep better with my 12-Step Sleep Program, without the CPAP machine.

This can apply to you if:

your oxygen isn’t dropping below 95%

you are able to nose breathe

your tongue doesn’t fall back

your roof of the mouth doesn’t collapse

your throat doesn’t collapse.

I have helped my clients get off their CPAP, with exercises targeting these five areas.

If you want to get off the CPAP, start with a 3 step assessment so I can create your customized sleeping plan.

Just comment Bye CPAP and I’ll send the link.

Monday Myth: "Sleep apnea is a life sentence."

It doesn't have to be.

One of the hardest moments for many people is hearing, "You'll need CPAP for the rest of your life."

That leaves them feeling defeated before they've even had the chance to understand *why* they have sleep apnea.

I've had clients like Ryan and Ray who were told they had sleep apnea, but instead of accepting it as their forever, they addressed the root causes.

Today, they no longer have sleep apnea and enjoying more energy, better focus, and a better quality of life.

Sleep apnea isn't the same for everyone.

For some people, there are underlying factors that can be improved—like airway function, breathing patterns, tongue function, posture, and lifestyle.

You don't have to settle for believing there's nothing you can do.

The first step is understanding what's causing it.

Have you ever been told your sleep apnea was something you'd have to live with forever?

This past weekl, my family and I spent the day hiking.

No phones.
No rushing.
No emails.

Just fresh air, laughter, and uninterrupted time together.

The kids got tired (as kids do!), but we kept going and ended the day swimming in the lake.

As we drove home, I realized something...

One of the best things we did for our health wasn't the exercise.

It was the connection.

When we slow down, spend time with the people we love, and get outside, we help calm our nervous system.

And a calm nervous system is one of the most powerful tools for better sleep.

As busy moms and professionals, we're always looking for the next supplement or sleep hack.

Sometimes the answer is much simpler.

Go outside.
Move your body.
Connect with the people you love.

Your sleep—and your heart—will thank you.

I'm curious...does spending time in nature help you feel more rested and relaxed?

One of my clients came to me because he wanted to sleep better.

What he didn't expect...

Was that within the first few days, his shoulder pain improved.

He messaged me saying:

*"The shoulders up and back has been a game changer."*

*"I did a chest workout... and had no shoulder impingement, clicking, or discomfort!"*

This is why my 3-Step Assessment looks at so much more than just sleep.

Poor breathing, posture, muscle tension, and nervous system overload don't just affect how you sleep—they affect how you feel during the day too.

When you address the root cause, your body often starts improving in ways you never expected.

He's not only on his way to sleeping better...

He's moving without the neck and shoulder pain that's been bothering him for years.

Your body is connected.

Sometimes, better sleep is just the beginning.

If you're tired of waking up exhausted and dealing with aches, pains, and tension that won't go away, book a 3-Step Assessment and let's uncover what's really going on.

Wondering if your insomnia is really just insomnia?

So many people are told they “just have insomnia”…
But what if something else is quietly disrupting your sleep?

Undiagnosed sleep disorders like sleep apnea, upper airway resistance, or breathing dysfunction often look exactly like insomnia:

Waking in the middle of the night

Lying awake at 2–4am

Feeling exhausted despite “sleeping”

Brain fog and low energy

If you don’t identify the root cause, you’ll keep chasing solutions that don’t work.

That’s why I created a free Sleep Quiz — to help you see if there could be an underlying sleep disorder contributing to your symptoms.

Because awareness is often the missing piece.

Comment or DM me “Quiz” and I’ll send you the link.
