“After consulting over 20 specialists over the last 2 decades, I got the feeling she could help me.”

Why?

Because my 3-Step Sleep Assessment is different.

Most people are told they have sleep apnea, insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, or poor sleep...

But no one takes the time to figure out why

In my 3-Step Sleep Assessment, I don’t leave one stone unturned.

We look at your sleep history.
Your airway.
Your breathing patterns.
Your tongue function.
Your jaw.
Your posture.
Your nervous system.
Your lifestyle habits.
And the health factors that could be contributing to your symptoms.

One of my clients had seen over 20 specialists in 20 years.

Yet during our assessment process, we uncovered a missing piece that had been overlooked for decades.

That’s the power of looking at the whole picture instead of chasing symptoms.

As she said:

“This is a life-changing experience.”

If you’re exhausted, frustrated, and tired of being told everything is “normal,” it may be time for a deeper investigation.

Book your 3-Step Sleep Assessment and let’s uncover what’s really keeping you from feeling your best.

Did you know your smile can tell you a lot about your sleep?

If you have a gummy smile, it can indicate that your lips are probably not staying closed at night time and that your lips are tight.

This means your sleep quality will be compromised.

Do you have a gummy smile?

Bedwetting after age 5 is NOT normal.

I know that's not what many parents have been told.

I've even heard physicians say things like:

"My nephew wet the bed until he was 12."

But just because something is common doesn't mean it's normal.

One of the most overlooked signs of sleep-disordered breathing in children is bedwetting.

When a child isn't breathing properly during sleep, it can affect their sleep quality, nervous system, hormones, and bladder control.

Yet many parents are told:
"They'll grow out of it."

The problem is that while everyone is waiting for them to outgrow it, the underlying issue may continue affecting their sleep, behavior, learning, growth, and overall health.

If your child is wetting the bed past age 5, I wouldn't ignore it.

I would get curious.

How are they sleeping?
Do they snore?
Mouth breathe?
Grind their teeth?
Toss and turn?

I'd love to hear your experience.

Did you or your child struggle with bedwetting beyond age 5?

𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐚𝐩𝐧𝐞𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞?

Ray did.

When he was diagnosed with moderate to severe sleep apnea, he thought CPAP would be something he’d need forever.

But he hated it.

He struggled to keep it on at night.
He was exhausted.
His brain felt foggy.
His concentration was slipping.

As a business owner and avid runner, he knew this wasn’t the life he wanted.

So instead of accepting that this was just “how it is,” he decided to find out _why_ he had sleep apnea in the first place.

Today, Ray no longer sleeps with a CPAP.

His follow-up testing showed no sleep apnea when sleeping on his side and only a few events on his back.

More importantly...

He’s sleeping through the night.
Thinking clearly.
Feeling energized.
And back to doing the things he loves.

Too many people are told to manage their sleep apnea without ever being shown how to address the root causes.

If you’ve been told you’ll be on CPAP forever and that doesn’t sit right with you...

Has your child been diagnosed with ADHD?

What if that's not the whole story?

Many parents are surprised to learn that sleep apnea and sleep-disordered breathing in children can look a lot like ADHD.

Difficulty focusing.
Hyperactivity.
Impulsivity.
Emotional outbursts.
Struggles at school.

But here's what often gets missed...

How is your child sleeping?

Do they:

- Sleep with their mouth open?
- Snore?
- Grind their teeth?
- Toss and turn all night?
- Wake up tired despite a full night's sleep?

These can all be signs that your child is not breathing properly while they sleep.

And when a child's brain isn't getting the quality sleep it needs, behavior, focus, learning, and emotional regulation can all suffer.

Before assuming it's "just ADHD," make sure you've looked at their sleep.

If you answered yes to any of the signs above, let's get to the root cause.

Is Your Child at Risk for Sleep Apnea? Check This Before It’s Too Late.

One of the most frustrating things I hear from parents is:

“The dentist or primary care giver said they would grow out of it.”

No.

Children do not typically just “grow out of” mouth breathing, snoring, teeth grinding, or restless sleep.

These are not habits to ignore.

They are often signs that your child may be struggling to breathe properly during sleep.

And when sleep is affected, it can impact:

- Growth and development
- Behavior and attention
- Learning and school performance
- Mood and emotional regulation
- Overall health

The earlier these issues are identified, the easier they are to address.

If your child snores, breathes through their mouth, grinds their teeth, has dark circles under their eyes, or sleeps restlessly, don’t wait and hope they outgrow it.

Trust your instincts.

One of the saddest things I hear from people with sleep apnea is this:

“I know how serious it is… I just don’t know what to do about it.”

Because most people are told:
“We’ll monitor it.”
“Try your CPAP.”
“Come back later.”

Meanwhile, they’re still waking up exhausted.
Still struggling with brain fog.
Still relying on caffeine just to function.

And no one ever explains why it’s happening in the first place.

Here’s what I want you to know:

Sleep apnea is not the same for everyone.

For some people, the restriction is coming from the nose.
For others, it’s the tongue, jaw position, throat, posture, breathing mechanics, or nervous system.

This is why so many people feel frustrated trying to “fix” their sleep without real answers.

And it’s exactly why I created my 3-Step Sleep Assessment.

Because you deserve more than “we’ll monitor it.”

You deserve someone who looks at the whole picture and helps uncover what’s truly contributing to your poor sleep, exhaustion, and breathing struggles.

One of my clients said it best:
“Tierney doesn’t leave one stone unturned.”

If you’re tired of guessing and want real answers about your sleep…

You don’t need to treat your mild sleep apnea.

I hear this all the time.

Unfortunately this isn’t true as it can progressively get worse.

If you have sleep apnea, you probably already know how bad it is for you.

I am here to tell you that you can treat it now.
