Happy Sunday, everyone! ✧

I've been sharing weekly Diamond Voice Transmissions on YouTube, exploring the many facets of this beautiful, messy experience of being human.

Alongside each episode, I've also been writing a personal reflection called A Living Codex, delivered directly to your inbox!

Each share includes a little more of my own experience, along with a Diamond Seed ✧ Diamond Facet ✧ Invitation to encourage curiosity and reflection in your own life.

I also share my upcoming offerings and ways we can connect and work together.

If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, I'd love to invite you to subscribe! It's free, and you can explore the reflections I've already shared.

The Diamond Light

The new Universal Human website is LIVE ✧

With the shaved head and the integration of the Diamond Light work, it felt like the right time to simplify and reimagine my online home.

My work now lives in two spaces:

Diamond Light ✧
Work with Bahia

Have a peek around. Send me a message. Ask me a question. Share a reflection.

And if you’d like to receive news, new offerings and transmissions as they emerge, check the little box when you send your message.

For everyone who reaches out through the website, I’ll send you back a little personal intuitive message—just a line or two—as my thank you for being part of this expansion.

I am growing. I am expanding. And I’m letting myself be seen.

If something I create or share gives you something, please pass it along. Every message, share, piece of feedback and connection helps this work find the people it’s meant to find.

Exploring the many facets of being human through curiosity, conversation, lived experience and new perspectives. Welcome to Universal Human.

Travel with Bahia ✨October 1-10, 2026 💎 Portugal 🇵🇹

Sometimes life gently changes the itinerary.

This October, I am following where the path is opening and inviting a small group to join me for a simple coastal experience in the south of Portugal.

No packed itinerary.
No rush.

Just spacious days, beautiful beaches, nature, nourishing food, meaningful conversations, and a few surprise excursions that will be intuitively woven together once the group has formed.

The intention is simple:
To slow down.
To nurture parts of ourselves often overlooked.
To reconnect.
To breathe.
To integrate.
To enjoy the beauty of life together.

October 1–10, 2026

Approximate investment:
$2,000–2,800 CAD per person
(plus flights, meals, and personal spending.)

If your heart feels a quiet yes, send me a DM and I’ll happily share more details.

Please let me know by August 8, 2026 so I can begin creating this experience.

Yes… it’s spontaneous.
I’ve found that life has become much more beautiful when I allow it to unfold in the present moment.

With love,
Bahia ✨
