Our sailing adventures began a couple of weeks ago and what an incredible time we've had. ⚓⛵

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Able Sail/Handi-Voile l for all that they do and for the wonderful services they provide to seniors, people with disabilities and so many others in our community.

Our residents had the opportunity to learn more about sailboats, how they work and operate, and of course experience the joy of being out on the water. They enjoyed the beautiful weather, the cool breeze, and most of all the picture perfect scenery surrounding us.

What a wonderful experience and such a memorable way to enjoy the summer. Can't wait to see where our adventures take us next year

Yesterday we harvested our very first haul from the garden and what an exciting moment it was.

Just look at the size of those beans and cucumbers. We couldn't be prouder.
Our tomatoes are growing beautifully too and they are just starting to turn a lovely yellow - orange. Give them another couple of weeks and we should have plenty of delicious home-grown tomatoes to enjoy.

The garden has been such a fun and rewarding experience and our ladies have absolutely loved being part of every step. From planting the seeds to watching everything grow and now harvesting the rewards of their hard work. It has been a joy to see the smiles bloom right along with the garden
