Rachel teams up with Rachel from Radix CrossFit to demonstrate the Nordic Curl, a challenging exercise that builds serious hamstring strength and control.

Nordic Curls are great for improving eccentric strength, which can help with running performance, jumping, sprinting, and reducing the risk of hamstring strains.

Can you do 25 single-leg calf raises on each side? 👀

It might sound simple, but calf strength plays a huge role in running performance. Your calves help absorb force, propel you forward, and handle the repetitive loads that come with every stride.

If 25 controlled reps feels like a challenge, it could be a sign that your calf strength and endurance need some attention. Strong calves can help improve running efficiency and may reduce your risk of common running injuries.

Give it a try and let us know how many you can do! 🏃‍♂️🔥

💆‍♂️ Soft Tissue Mobilization: More Than Just a Massage

Soft tissue mobilization is a hands-on treatment technique used to help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, decrease pain, and support recovery from injury.

By targeting muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia, we can help restore normal movement patterns and get you back to doing what you love—whether that’s training, competing, or simply moving through daily life with less discomfort.

While it can provide short-term relief, the real magic happens when it’s combined with the right exercise and rehabilitation plan.

Have questions about whether soft tissue work could help you? Our team is here to help.
