She chose to sit right next to me 🫠🫠🫠

There were pieces of my teenage years that shaped me in ways I didn’t understand until much later.

Years without my mom by my side.
Hard financial seasons.
Times when I felt unworthy.
I learned to cope with life in both healthy and unhealthy ways.

And I don’t share from a place of blame or anger. I’m incredibly grateful for where life has brought me.

My parents are my biggest supporters.
Becoming a step-mom & mom made me realize I can change the story. For me. And for them.

Building a business rooted in wellness has taught me so much.

I get to build something alongside my children. They get to watch me take risks, work hard, fail, begin again, create something from nothing, and become more of myself.

I get to give my daughter something I deeply needed when I was her age.

Maybe that’s one of the most beautiful parts of healing.

Taking what you didn’t receive and choosing to create it for the next generation.
