Physiotherapy, chiropractic, and psychotherapy are all exempt from GST/HST. Massage therapy — the same regulated health care, often in the same clinic — is still taxed.

Harvested some of my English Lavender this weekend and it smells just lovely 🥰
Lavender is both a herb and a flower - it’s a hard working beauty!

This year will mark my 21st year as an RMT and it is because I take breaks, enjoy being outdoors, and making (and eating) homemade chicken soup that allows my body to refresh and renew so I can keep on showing up for my clients and loving my career 🥰
So when I suggest that my clients add in those little moments to their own day & in their own way it’s because I am too and I know first hand just how important it is 💜
