Last weekend I got to spend three days in Calgary completing a pelvic health dry needling cpurse - I am SO excited to bring this to Prairie Pelvic Health! 🍃

This specific needling will be a game changer for so many conditions that I see every day, including:
✨Persistent pelvic pain
✨Endometriosis
✨Overactive bladder
✨Pain with in*******se
✨Incontinence

❤️ This week we said goodbye to Sarah, the one and only massage therapist based out of Prairie Pelvic Health. She was the first therapist to join me at PPH and I will be forever grateful for her trust and companionship, not to mention the care she offered PPH clients.

Sarah is quietly confident, using her hands to work magic with newborns, kids and adults of any age.

We will miss her calm voice and reassuring smile but wish her all the best in the coming months and with her future endeavours.❤️
