Chad brings four years of experience in social media management, biz dev, and analytics. He’s already become an important part of our team, helping us roll out national and international campaigns. 🙌

A numbers and logic guy, Chad loves figuring out what makes audiences tick. He also never says no to a challenge. Be it a tough project. Or a cutthroat game of Dominoes.

Still riding the high from ICE Awards.

Massive congrats to Ray’s very own copywriter, Rebecca Benjamin, for winning the Young Creatives competition. 🙌
This year’s challenge was to create an integrated campaign for YWCA Halifax.

Rebecca’s winning idea highlights that social policies need to be based on more than just numbers and statistics. Data doesn’t always show the whole story. Real social change starts when we listen to the people who experience these issues firsthand.

Can’t wait to see this compelling work hit the real world soon. ✨

Our media team turns ONE today. 🎉

Feels like just yesterday Ray acquired Media Bonnett and brought some brilliant minds and incredible clients into the mix. And what a year it’s been!

Led by our Media Director Robin Cook, this crew has been knocking it out of the park with clever placements, innovative strategies, and top-notch planning and reporting for regional and international campaigns. And did we mention they took home some hardware at the recent ICE Awards? Just casually crushing it. 🏆🏆🏆

A big shoutout to Robin, Jeff, Anton, Dayo, and our newest team member, Chad (new team shot coming soon!). And happy one year anniversary to Jeff, Anton, and Dayo. 🥳

We’ve already shared the wins from this year’s ICE Awards, but this one deserves a little more space. ⭐

Jenny Smith is the first woman ever inducted into the ICE Hall of Fame, and for us, that milestone hits differently.

When Jenny started her career nearly 30 years ago, fewer than 3% of creative directors globally were women. Since then, she’s built an incredible career, founded and grown Ray, mentored countless people along the way, and helped shape the creative industry in Atlantic Canada.

Being the first matters, especially when you’ve spent your career helping make sure you won’t be the last.

Jenny will probably hate that we’re making this much of a fuss about her, which is exactly why we’re doing it.

We couldn’t be prouder to see her officially take her well-deserved place in the ICE Hall of Fame. ❤️

An award-winning media powerhouse with 25+ years of experience, Robin is a champ at all things media. From planning and executing campaigns around the globe to mastering a wide range of online and offline channels, she’s done it all. Today, she leads our in-house media dream team across Halifax and Ottawa, and we couldn’t be luckier to have her. ✨ 💖

With a heart of gold, a brain full of media smarts, and baking skills that deserve a standing ovation, Robin is the whole package.

At this point, the ICE Awards is our favourite yearly tradition. 🫶 🪩

We took home 12 awards last night, including three craft photography wins for , a craft videography award for our Tourism Southwest Unfound Series, and two silvers for our media work with Nova Scotia Hospice Palliative Care Association. We also won multiple merits for our work with , Tourism Southwest, QEII Foundation, and Municipalities Newfoundland & Labrador. 💓

To top it off, our very own Jenny Smith was inducted into the ICE Hall of Fame. First woman to have earned the spot!! And our copywriter, Rebecca Benjamin, won the Young Creatives Competition. 🌟

So yeah, big night!

Big thanks to all our clients for their trust and support. Kudos to all the winners. It’s always a treat to see the incredible work coming out of this small but mighty region. 💪

Turns out, the skills you need for town council might already be hiding in plain sight. 👀

For Municipalities Newfoundland & Labrador we built YOU for Council, a campaign that took oddly specific, everyday traits and showed how well they translate to running, volunteering, and voting in local elections. 🗳️⚡️

Because good community leaders don’t always look like politicians. Sometimes they just look like the person who already gets things done. 😉

For PAL Airlines, we paired regional photography with hand-drawn illustrations to tell a story of connections to families, careers, and dreams, creating a digital experience with more personality and a stronger sense of place. ✨ ✅
