At Time to Heal, a variety of modalities are available to help with healing. Bowen technique (aka, Bowenwork,) is a gentle healing modality where the practitioner manipulates the fascia at specific points, sending a neurological impulse to the brain. That impulse stimulates the body's own innate healing mechanisms, providing relief for many specific injuries, as well as other health problems, both acute and chronic. Reiki is a Japanese touch therapy, helpful in healing. It is probably best known for its effectiveness in stress reduction.
