Once again this year, our First Responders will be providing first aid service at the Gold Cup Parade today.

This picture popped up from 15 years ago, also from the Gold Cup Parade. So many years, so many memories.

Thank you to all for supporting the parade each year and to those who put the hard work into organizing it. We’re thankful to be a part of it!!

Thank you to everyone for the incredible support we’ve received since announcing this commemorative challenge coin.

We are honoured to share the official design in memory of Michael Mackenzie and Jenna Croucher, whose lives were tragically lost in the line of duty on July 7, 2026.

Every detail of this coin was chosen with care to honour their service, sacrifice, and lasting impact on their families, friends, coworkers, and communities.

As a reminder, 100% of the proceeds will be donated:
🩵 50% to the memorial monument project
🩵 50% to the families

Our office will be closed Friday, July 17th, to allow our staff to attend a funeral service.

We will reopen Monday, July 20th.

Another year in the books supporting the Ronald MacDonald House Walk. This wonderful event raised $50,000 dollars for families with sick children.

Our team at Island First Aid Services has been donating our services for this event for many years now. This year First Responder Marlee represented our team, caring for many at the teddy bear clinic. Great job Marlee!
