✨ Take Your Kid to Work Day! ✨

We have a special guest joining the SICC team today! 💙

Our lovely admin Kisha brought along her daughter, Skylynn, who attends Hernwood Intermediate School!

Skylynn has dreams of becoming either a receptionist or an ultrasound technician when she grows up, so what better place to spend the day than a clinic where she can get a little glimpse into the healthcare world! 🩺

It’s such a pleasure having her here, asking questions, learning about what we do, and experiencing a day in the life at SICC!

Who knows, maybe one day we’ll be welcoming her back as part of our team! 😉💙

Happy Take Your Kid to Work Day, Skylynn! 💙

✨ WE’RE FINALISTS! ✨

Community has always been at the heart of everything we do at Summerside Integrative Care Clinic. 💙

From supporting local events and athletes to giving back to the community that continues to support us, we believe being a local business means so much more than just opening our doors every day.

We are incredibly honoured to be named a finalist for the 2026 Community Impact Award at the Greater Summerside Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards! 🏆

To our amazing team who continuously go above and beyond, and to our patients and community who make it all possible — THANK YOU! 💙

Being recognized alongside other incredible community-minded organizations is an honour in itself.

We’re proud to care for this community, but even prouder to be part of it. 🫶

🏒 SAME KID. SAME ICE. ONE WEEK APART. 💙

Sometimes, the biggest improvements are the ones you can actually SEE! 👀

Last week, Tucker was skating primarily using his left leg, struggling to engage his right leg the same way.

After noticing this, Tucker had a chiropractic assessment with Dr. Bryan Berk, where restrictions in his hip rotation and mobility were identified.

Fast forward to last night… 👀🏒

BOTH legs working. More powerful strides. More speed. And one happy little hockey player! 💪🏼

This is why we believe in looking beyond where the problem appears and assessing how the entire body moves.

Chiropractic care isn’t just about back pain. It’s also about identifying movement restrictions, addressing mobility concerns, and helping athletes of ALL ages move with confidence.

💙 Small changes in movement can make a BIG difference on the ice!

Every athlete is different, and improvements can have multiple contributing factors. This video highlights Tucker’s experience following his assessment.

🏒💙 Sometimes the smallest athletes have the biggest movement challenges!

Meet Tucker! 👋🏼

Tucker recently started hockey, and something caught our attention — he was relying almost entirely on one leg while skating! ⛸️

During his chiropractic assessment, we discovered that Tucker had significant restrictions in both internal and external hip rotation.

But what does that mean? 🤔

Hip rotation plays an important role in skating, allowing players to turn, push off, change direction, and move comfortably on the ice.

When a child has limited mobility, it can affect how they move and may cause them to compensate by relying more heavily on one side.

This is why looking at how our little athletes move is so important!

Our chiropractors can assess joint mobility, identify movement restrictions, and help determine an appropriate plan of care or whether further evaluation is needed.

Because supporting our young athletes isn’t just about their performance — it’s about helping them move comfortably and confidently as they grow! 💙

🚨 WHEN THE BOSS HAS SOME EXPLAINING TO DO… 😂

We asked our boss how she handles a patient no-show… or at least that’s what we told you we asked. 👀

What we ACTUALLY asked was what she’d do if the clinic was getting robbed. 💀😂

Safe to say, her response might raise a few eyebrows. 🚩🤣

Disclaimer: No patients were harmed, no robberies occurred, and our boss may never trust us with a camera again. 🎥😂

🚨 WANTED: SICC STAFF 🚨

We’ve officially got a clinic full of wanted criminals… and the evidence is posted on EVERY door. 👀🚔

From our practitioners to our admin team, nobody was safe from being exposed. 😂

Their crimes? Questionable.
Their mugshots? Priceless.
Their chances of escaping? Slim to none. 💀

If you’re visiting the clinic this spooky season, keep your eyes peeled for our most wanted suspects! 🎃👻

Which one do you think deserves the longest sentence? 👀👇

10/21/2026

We asked our team which coworker a kidnapper would return first because they couldn’t handle them… 😂💀

The results are in, and apparently Kate would be returned to the clinic in RECORD time. 🏆📦

We’re not sure whether to congratulate her or be concerned. 🤣

Just another day with the SICC crew! 💙

Who knew working on your balance could be this entertaining? 😂💙

We put our balance, coordination, reflexes, and lower-body strength to the test with a BOSU ball drop squat catch challenge!

It might look like all fun and games, but exercises like this help challenge stability, reaction time, and functional movement.

At SICC, we believe movement should be both challenging AND fun! 💪

Think you could beat our team? 👀
