For 25 years, Sherbourne Health has been a place where people belong. We've stood as a place that was built by the community, for the community, and that remains true today.

To mark our 25th anniversary, we're launching You Belong Hereโ€”a storytelling campaign that celebrates the people who make up our community.

Over the next year, we'll be sharing stories from staff, clients and community members that show what belonging really looks like and its impact on people's lives. These stories reflect not just how Sherbourne has shaped the lives of those who walk through our doors, but also the many ways our community has shaped Sherbourne.

This trailer is a first look at what's to come. Stay tuned for the launch of our campaign page, where you'll be able to explore stories from people across our community.

As Indigenous History Month comes to a close, we reflect on the importance of learning from and honouring Indigenous peoples, cultures and traditions.

Throughout June, Sherbourne Health:

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿณ partnered with a local Indigenous Chef to serve a delicious meal, including bannock, at WINK

๐Ÿงต hosted a medicine bag making workshop at Supporting Our Youth's Wellness Mornings in partnership with the Three Sister's Indigenous Crafts Market

๐ŸŒฟ supported smudging ceremonies for cleansing, healing and connection

๐Ÿ“š shared Indigenous resources and learning with staff and clients

Thank you to everyone who helped make these activities meaningful. While June is coming to a close, our commitment to Truth and Reconciliation continues all year long.

The Sherbourne Health team at Toronto Pride! ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ“ธ

Thank you to our board, staff, volunteers and community members who joined us at the 2026 Pride Toronto weekend!

Weโ€™re honoured to stand alongside our clients, partners and community in celebrating the strength, diversity and joy of 2SLGBTQ+ communities. Pride is a celebration and a reminder of our ongoing commitment to providing inclusive, affirming and accessible care.

A special thank you to everyone who marched with us, cheered us on along the parade route and helped make the weekend so memorable. Weโ€™re proud to celebrate Prideโ€”not only this month, but throughout the year.

This week, Sherbourne Health hosted our 2026 Annual General Meeting, bringing together our board, staff and community members to reflect on another year of impact and care.

We were proud to present our Annual Report, Better. Bolder. Change., which highlights how we have improved access and delivery of our programs and services, fostered new initiatives and partnerships and continuously evolved to meet the shifting needs of our community.

The report also marks the conclusion of our 2022โ€“2026 Strategic Plan and celebrates the progress we've made together over the past four years.

Thank you to another year of growing together.
