The first time I did IVF, I was working in the corporate world.

Nobody knew what I was going through. Nobody even knew I wanted to have a baby.

I showed up to every meeting, every presentation and every work trip with a big smile on my face.

But underneath it all, I was heartbroken.💔

I thought “What if it’s too late? What if all these years of chasing success is the reason I will never be a mom?”

I’ll never forget injecting myself with IVF meds in the car before going on stage to present at the National Women’s Show.

I’ll never forget the procedures, the pain & the hard decision to do it all over again.

I didn’t want any medical intervention, especially as a Naturopathic Doctor.

But my girls are here because of IVF. And I am grateful every single day.

High FSH does not mean it is over.

In 20 years of practice I have watched women with elevated FSH go on to conceive.

FSH is not a fixed number - it responds to:
