We are so grateful for kind words like these. šŸ¤

M. Khan visited us at our brand new MyoCare Leaside location and we could not be more thrilled with this review.

This is exactly the experience we set out to create and it means everything to hear it from our community.

Think Massage Therapy needs to be painful to be effective?! It actually couldnā€™t be further from the truth.

Pain = stress response and protection
Soothing pressure = relaxation and tissue response

Calm the nervous system, the body and tissues respond to treatment.

So donā€™t be shy, let your RMT know if the pressure is too much. We want to make you feel better, just as much as you want to feel better

TMJ massage therapy is one of those treatments that once you try it, you wonder how you lived without it.

Jaw tension. Headaches. That tight, achy feeling around your temples. TMJ massage targets it all; releasing tension, easing clenching, and helping your jaw finally relax.

You don't have to just live with it. Book your appointment today through the link in our bio!

We're back to lesson planning, early alarms, hallway duty, and after-school meetings. But guess what's back too? Your benefits.

Teachers pour everything into making the new school year run smoothly, and your own wellbeing? Usually last on the list.

Your benefits just reset. That means it's time to book something for you. MyoCare is here to help you recharge before the routines really pick up speed. A little time for yourself goes a long way.

To all the Toronto teachers: here's to a strong, successful back to school season. šŸ¤
