A high-paced and strengthening movement practice inspired by Ashtanga yoga. While this is a clothed yoga class, you can wear whatever you want because it's online!

This is a 75 minute movement practice designed to challenge you, hold space for you to honour your body and your breath. The goal is to move, sweat, strengthen, and most importantly, play!

I want anyone to feel welcome to join exactly as you are, no matter what you are juggling today. Flexible price points are on offer 💜

This evening's online yoga class we focus on overcoming challenges through the tradition of Hatha Yoga. Classes are PWYC, on zoom every week. 2 years ago in Mexico while posing for a yoga photoshoot, I got stung by a bee (it turns out I'm anaphylactic) and so we continued the photoshoot in the hospital while I got dosed full of cortisone.
I was volunteering at a workaway, learning how to create & share yoga content and was blessed to have as my photographer. She not only is extremely talented, but saved me after I started to get dizzy, swollen & hivey as heck after my sting. She took me to the pharmacy to dose me with some equivalent to benadryl liquid form as a needle in my butt. We were in the middle of a busy market, and all we had was a doorway in a busy alley for me to pull down my pants 😂. When that didn't work she took me to the hospital and this is where these gems of photos were taken. Thank you for this day 💖
