A patient recently said: “You guys are like the D&D players of clinicians - so nerdy.” 📚✏️

Yeah, it’s true.

We delight in exploring rabbit holes and curiosities, often popping into each other’s rooms to share insights and bounce new ideas around.💡🧠

Last Friday, led a Brain Jam to teach us about dysautonomia (disorders of the autonomic nervous system) and breath training techniques that may make a world of difference.🫁🧘

She had a patient who had a history of concussion, cognitive and sensory dysfunction and uncontrolled blood pressure (160/100). After 6 week of breath training, his symptoms improved and his blood pressure when down to 120/86!!

Another patient had severe muscle soreness after exercise, a very stiff midback and chronic headaches. After 8 weeks of breath training, her workouts were more productive and had much less DOMs, and her midback mobility and headaches significantly improved!!

We love to grow our brains together!!🧠👏
