Forward planning for in person classes gets you in on time!! Oona classes fill at 8 couples, and they do often fill up to capacity! And there is no class in August, so if this is your choice location, book SOON for July or September.

Did you take a prenatal class?

This is a question on the risks assessment form to determine if a new parent would benefit from a home visit from a public health nurse.

Sounds like it might be a good idea to take a childbirth class! Data shows that prenatal education leads to better postpartum outcomes.

Btw, BIRTH DOULAS MAKE THE BEST CHILDBIRTH TEACHERS.

Better than a hospital class, better than the nurses, better than the midwives. Come at us in the comments about these statements, we have receipts and will defend lol 🤪😘🤩🤭😚 🥊

Using essential oils in labour can be beneficial for your mind and body.

Hot tip for having the oil blend well into the water is to use an emulsifier.

How to do it?
Castille soap OR salt, blended well with a few drops of your essential oils before adding to your tub water.
