Doulas On Bikes We are a collective of urban Doulas! If you are looking for a beautiful birthing experience, we are here to help you along the way.

A doula provides knowledge, and caring, unbiased support for your birth and immediate postpartum period. We see each birth and birthing mother as special and deserving of unique care. We are trained in hypnobirthing techniques, acupressure points for labour, and other relaxation strategies. After your bundle arrives, we can help you get your best start, including encapsulation of your placenta, breastfeeding support, and learning to live with baby.

1. I love this shirt "BACK OFF BIRTH" as in leave our low risk births as they are and focus medical attention where and when needed. The shirt is no longer in print sorry but thanks eternally to chinatolliver

2. This is my new favourite outfit from the boots to the bike helmet. See me in it often until the colours fade.

3. NAGI 🌱| Healthy Protein Bites are my favourite new food additions to my birth bag kit, and i just bought a bike-basketful of them to have for clients as well (hmo for a coupon).

4. Doug Ford quit ripping up our road ways! We're trying to work and stay alive out here, thanks.

Getting to the Birthing area of Michael Garron Hospital in Toronto's East end!

Take a loooooong walk with Vera the doula in this video tour of how to get from the temporary front entrance all the way to the Labour and Delivery TRIAGE area.

This is the area where you will go when in labour and ready to be admitted to a private birth room.

This hospital has bath tubs, nitrous oxide, birth balls, peanut balls, kitchenette area and loads of good vibes.
