It's been over one year since we lost our founder, Balbir Dhillon.
For more than 40 years, Balbir's vision, leadership, and dedication were the cornerstone of Discount Optical. He was a respected pioneer in the optical industry, committed to providing quality eye care, exceptional service, and affordable solutions to the communities he served. Beyond his professional achievements, Balbir was deeply committed to the community. His integrity, generosity, and belief in serving others left a lasting impact on our customers, colleagues, and partners alike. He built Discount Optical on values of trust, care, and respect- values that continue to guide us today. We will continue to provide the same level of care, service, and dedication that Balbir provided for all of his clients.
As we continue to mourn his passing, we also honour and celebrate a remarkable legacy. Balbir's influence will live on through the business he built, the people he mentored, and the countless lives he touched for more than four decades.
