π’ A Friendly Reminder About My Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I just wanted to take a moment to remind every one of my cancellation policy. β€οΈ
β¨ Cancellations made with less than 12 hoursβ notice and missed appointments/no-shows will be subject to a 50% missed appointment fee.
β¨ Late arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without contacting me, your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged the missed appointment fee.
β¨ Outstanding fees: Any missed appointment fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked.
β¨ Exceptions: I understand that life happens, and unexpected situations arise. Fees may be waived under certain circumstances, including illness, emergencies, or weather-related situations. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
I completely understand that things come up, and I always want to be reasonable and understanding when unexpected situations occur. However, I also ask that everyone please be respectful of my time and business.
My massage therapy practice is what pays my bills and helps support my family. When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or missed without notice, that time often cannot be filled by another client who may have been waiting for an opening.
Those empty appointment slots represent lost time and income that I cannot get back. Your time is valuable, and I ask that you please respect mine as well. β€οΈ
