Speaking in front of others is one of the most common fears, yet it is one of the most valuable skills an educator can develop. Every day, teachers stand in front of classrooms, lead meetings, present ideas, inspire students, and communicate with parents. Confidence in speaking has the power to transform not only the speaker but also the people listening.

During the training, we explored practical strategies to:
✨ Build self-confidence before speaking.
✨ Understand and manage stage fright.
✨ Turn nervous energy into positive energy.
✨ Engage an audience with confidence and authenticity.
✨ Deliver messages with greater impact.

What made this session especially rewarding was seeing educators step outside their comfort zones, support one another, and discover that confidence is a skill that can be developed with practice.

Every time I meet a new group in my training sessions, new faces, new stories, different countries, I realise again that the most important aspect of my training is creating a genuine connection with participants. The importance of connection with children and students is exactly what we spoke about on the first day of the training.
