We started yoga on the beach today with regulars, Michael and Helle, my two active pensioners. Healthy, active and loving, they are my role models in living a beautiful life.

Blue skies, glorious sun, and the soothing sea.
It's already April but I'm not packing away my winter suit yet. It's 7 deg C with bone-cutting wind chill, here on the beach.
It's all about dressing for the occasion. Warm ears, warm fingers and warm heart and then, I'm all set for yoga on the beach.

For someone who straddles love in 2 continents, the arrival hall in Changi Airport is the 🌸happiest☀️ place for me.
But for now it's the Departure Hall.
I just needed to have a look at this space again and feel the energy of love. It's my symbolic home.

Best thing about travelling solo?
Freedom! 🏝️☀️
Freedom from every "you should this, you should that, you do this, you can't do that."
Freedom from all societal, cultural and religious conditioning that started the moment you were born.
Freedom to think for yourself, to get to know who you really are!

Worst thing?
The solitude and loneliness.❤️‍🩹
