☀️ JOIN US FOR SUMMER SOLSTICE ☀️

This Summer Solstice, we’re gathering in the beautiful hills of Garraf Natural Park, just outside Barcelona, for Into the Divine - a two-day immersive experience exploring what it means to experience your divinity and let it inform your humanity.

For those who can’t join us in person, we’re also making our Summer Solstice Flow Dance Meditation practice available online, so you can take part wherever you are in the world.

A shared journey.
A collective prayer.
A moment to honour the light within.

As the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, we’re invited to remember that the Divine is not somewhere else.

It lives in how we listen.
How we love.
How we create.
How we serve.
How we meet ourselves and each other.

Witnessing Anna’s journey through our last Flow Dance Meditation facilitator training in Ibiza was really beautiful and powerful ✨

This video was taken from the final sharing circle of the immersion… hearing where she arrived by the end of those days together was deeply moving. And now, seeing her sharing Flow Dance Meditation in forests across the UK feels really special 🌿

This work continues to ripple outward through the people who say yes to the journey.

Five days. One island. A rhythm you’ll carry home.

From 23–27 November 2026, we’re bringing our Flow Dance Meditation Facilitator Training to Bali for an intimate 5-day immersion.

This is more than a training. It’s a space to find your facilitator voice, to expand your confidence, and to connect - with yourself and with a like-minded community. Between sessions, there’s time to explore: quiet beaches, sunset skies, shared meals, and the simple rhythm of island life.

Flow Dance Meditation is part of a rapidly growing global movement practice, as more people seek embodied, music-led ways to process, express, and reconnect. By stepping into this training, you’re not only deepening your own journey - you’re becoming part of a rising modality and a community shaping the future of this work.

Celebrating Sara on her birthday today 🎉✨

Sara was part of our very first cohort of Flow Dance Meditation facilitators, so she’s been walking this journey with us from the very beginning.

She’s an incredible facilitator and has now also stepped into the role of FDM DJ. Her taste in music is deep, powerful and profound, the kind of sound that takes you on a journey and opens places within that words often can’t reach.

I love witnessing her continued expansion with this practice.

Her first mix with us is the guided meditation for Integration and I’m so excited for you all to experience the depth of what she brings through music.
