📱 NHS 24 ONLINE APP - use the chatbot to check your symptoms and find the nearest services.
👩‍⚕️ PHARMACIST - help and advice with minor ailments and prescription medication.
🧠 MENTAL WELLBEING - online and telephone resources to help with mental health.
👁️ OPTOMETRIST - help with eye problems, including sticky eyes or reduced vision.
🦷 DENTIST - help with injuries or pain in the mouth and teeth.
🩺 GP PRACTICE - a range of clinicians, including doctors and nurses, to help with both physical and mental health issues.
🩹 MINOR INJURIES - help with injuries that are not life or limb threatening, including cuts, minor burns, sprains, or suspected broken bones or fractures.
📞 111 - NHS 24 - advice when other services, such as GP or pharmacy, are closed, and you are too ill to wait until they reopen.
🚑 999 OR A&E - for emergencies such as heart attacks, strokes, severe breathing difficulties, or severe bleeding.

💊 Controlled Drug Prescriptions Collection

To help keep your medicines safe and ensure they are collected by the correct person, in the coming weeks we will be implementing the following:

When collecting certain controlled drug prescriptions, particularly if you are not known to our reception team or are collecting on behalf of someone else, photographic ID may be required.

🪪 Please bring photo ID if possible
👥 Collecting for someone else? We may need to confirm that you have their permission.

🔒 These checks are in place to protect patients and help us meet safety requirements.
