I know you’re uncomfortable right now and you’re trying hard to feel good in your clothes as summer approaches. Skipping meals and living on coffee isn’t the answer.
How you create a deficit matters: food choices should help you feel good while you work toward your goals. Focusing only on overall calories without regard to food quality won’t make you feel better and will backfire. It’s why consistency feels hard, why you think about food all day, and why you raid the cupboard at night or start over every Monday.
