Do you have a passion for helping others live independently and achieve their goals? We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our Supported Living Services team in Ellon and surrounding Aberdeenshire
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to adults with learning and/or physical disabilities in their own homes and communities. You'll play a vital role in empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives while promoting dignity, choice, inclusion, and wellbeing.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Supporting people with daily living activities and personal care
✅ Assisting with medication, nutrition, and hydration support
✅ Encouraging independence with household tasks and routines
✅ Supporting individuals to attend, social activities, and community events
✅ Providing emotional support and companionship
✅ Maintaining accurate records and following care plans and risk assessments
✅ Promoting safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes every day
What We're Looking For
✔ Compassionate, patient, and respectful individuals
✔ Reliable, flexible, and proactive team members
✔ Strong communication and observational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Previous care experience is welcome but not essential – full training is provided!

Working Pattern
Our services operate 24/7, so flexibility is required. Shift patterns may include days, evenings, weekends, public holidays, sleepovers, waking nights, and 24-hour shifts.
