We’re Hiring: Complex Care Support Workers 🚨

Are you an experienced support worker looking to make a real difference in complex care? We’re expanding our Complex Care Team and are looking for dedicated support workers to join us.

💼 About the Role:
You will be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and high-risk behaviours, working as part of a skilled, collaborative team. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.

👤 Candidate Requirements:
✅ Minimum 12 months’ experience in mental health support settings
✅ Experience supporting individuals with high-risk behaviours
✅ Flexible and able to work across varied shift patterns
✅ Strong skills in note writing, incident reporting, and risk management
