Do you teach hypnobirthing?

Did you know that hypnosis, as well as being a great self help tool for birth, can also be a life saver for many other common perinatal ailments too?

đŸ’„Pelvic girdle pain

đŸ’„Morning Sickness

đŸ’„Blood pressure control

đŸ’„Indigestion

are just a few common pregnancy complaints that can response really well to hypnosis.

This isn't just because hypnosis is great at relaxing our mind and body but also because it can harness our imagination and redirect our attention else where.

Many hypnobirthing teachers are unaware of their potential to support parents in this way.

They are unaware that they can adapt their existing scripts or create new ones for these common issues.

It's this knowledge that I want to share on the up coming webinar:

This hour long webinar is happening on Thursday 4th June at 7pm BST.

Here is what we will be covering:

✅How to adapt your current hypnobirthing scripts,or create new ones, to bring relief to common pregnancy problems like morning sickness, PGP and indigestion.

✅To create your own unique relaxation scripts for clients or to use as free downloads/lead magnet.

✅How hypnosis works therapeutically for other perinatal issues such as; phobias, behaviour change, anxiety, depression and more.

Everyone who signs up will get the replay 😁

Sometimes people think if something still hurts, they must be doing something wrong.

But unresolved feelings are not a sign of weakness.
They are often a sign that something overwhelming hasn’t been fully processed yet.

This is why insight alone doesn’t always create relief.

Sometimes the mind understands
while the body is still carrying it.

With the right support, that can begin to shift.

Talking can help.
Understanding can help.

But sometimes something deeper still needs support.

That doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means there’s another layer to healing.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Many professionals notice this.

Clients understand what happened.

They can explain it clearly.

But they still feel the same.

That’s because understanding isn’t always enough.

Learning how to support processing — not just talking — can change outcomes significantly.

TBR 3 Step Rewind training is open now. You can learn more via the link in our bio.

If you work with parents, you’ll recognise this moment.

When they’ve talked.
They’ve explained.
They understand it logically.

But something hasn’t shifted.

That’s often where deeper work is needed.

Not more information.
But a different way of processing.

TBR 3 Step Rewind training is now open for the Spring/Summer cohort, with a 20% discount available this month.

If this resonates and you’re ready to support parents at this level, you can find out more via the link in our bio.

This is one of the hardest things for parents to say out loud.

Because it feels like it shouldn’t be true.

But love and struggle can exist side by side.

Needing support doesn’t take anything away from the love you have for your child.

It often allows that connection to deepen.

Funded emotional support is available — you’re welcome to reach out via the link in our bio.

From the outside, everything can look fine.

You’re showing up.
You’re doing what needs to be done.
You’re holding it together.

But inside, something feels different.

Flat.
Disconnected.
Not quite yourself.

This is something many parents experience — especially after a difficult start.

You don’t have to stay there.

We offer funded emotional support for parents, free at the point of delivery. You’re welcome to reach out via the link in our bio.

Professionals often meet parents at the surface level.
But underneath, many are carrying deep self-blame.

Not because they did something wrong —
but because no one has helped them process what happened.

This is where trauma-informed support makes a difference.

If you work with parents, understanding this layer changes everything.

Training in TBR 3 Step Rewind is now open. If you want to support parents at this level, you can learn more via the link in our bio.

Not every mother in distress looks distressed.

Sometimes she looks like she’s coping.

Sometimes she’s still smiling.
Still caring.
Still carrying on.

This Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week, we want parents to know:

You do not need to hit breaking point before seeking support.

You matter too.

Support is available, and healing is possible.

Many parents don’t just remember what happened.

They analyse it.

Replaying moments.
Reconstructing decisions.
Trying to understand how it could have been different.

This isn’t overthinking.
It’s your mind trying to regain a sense of control.

But you don’t have to carry that weight on your own.

We offer funded emotional support for parents, free at the point of delivery. You’re welcome to get in touch via the link in our bio.
