We have been notified by our text reminder supplier that there are currently ongoing issues with their system, which may mean appointment reminders are not being sent as usual.

Please ensure you check the date and time of your upcoming appointment when it is booked.

All GP practices across the Forth Valley area will have their clinical system replaced over the next 12 months, as part of a national programme.

This may impact your GP practice services for a short period during the system changeover. However, everything possible will be done to minimise any potential disruption and local GP Practices will contact patients in advance to advise of local arrangements.

🚨 Practice Closure Notice 🚨
The Practice will be closed from 1:00pm on Thursday 14th May for staff training.

We’ll reopen as normal at 8:00am on Friday 15th May.

If you need medical help during this time:
📞 1:00pm–6:00pm: call 01324 566610
📞 After 6:00pm: call NHS 111

The GP Out of Hours Service will assess your needs.

You may also wish to consider your local pharmacy, optician, or dentist where appropriate.

All local pharmacies across Forth Valley offer free health consultations and medication for many common conditions, including:

🔹Conjunctivitis
🔹Diarrhoea
🔹Indigestion
🔹Emergency contraception

Under Pharmacy First Plus, some pharmacists can also prescribe free medication (including antibiotics) for more complex conditions such as:

🔹Tonsillitis
🔹Sinusitis

International Nurses Day 12th May

Today we would like to recognise and thank the nurses in our practice, Elaine, Susan, Heather, Andrew and our mental health nurse Katie as well as our wider community nursing colleagues.
