Our phone system is currently down and we are unable to make or receive calls. Our supplier is working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Have you previously been fitted with a cardiac monitor? If you no longer need it and still have it at home, please return it so it can be reused to help other patients who may have undiagnosed heart conditions.

📍 Monitors can be returned to: Cardiac Investigations / Cardiology Outpatients Department, First Floor, Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

Public holiday closures for GP practices are set by the Health Board. These days allow our team time to rest and recharge so we can continue providing the best possible care. 💙

💧 Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) 💧

UTIs are common and can affect your bladder, kidneys or urinary system. They are usually caused by bacteria entering the urinary tract.

You might notice:
🔹 Needing to pass urine more often than usual
🔹 A burning or stinging feeling when passing urine
🔹 A sudden or urgent need to go
🔹 Blood in your urine
🔹 Needing to go more during the night
🔹 Pain or discomfort in your lower tummy

Some UTIs can settle on their own, and antibiotics aren’t always needed for milder infections.
