Hey folks 👋🏽

So unfortunately, I am needing to take some more time off this week due to the ongoing hip and back problems I've been struggling with recently ☹️
Because of this I've had to decide to cancel most of this week's appointments to allow my body the rest and treatment it needs so I can get back to helping you all as soon as possible 🤕❤️‍🩹
I'll be in touch with everyone affected to rearrange appointments as soon as I can. Thank you all so much for your continued support and understanding. ❤️

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending the Dundee Carer Centre's Health & Wellbeing Day at the Apex Hotel, offering some well-needed time for unpaid carers to rest, relax and recharge.
It was such a lovely, well-organised event by the Dundee Carers team, and it was wonderful to meet so many dedicated carers who give so much of themselves every day.
A great day enjoyed by therapists and carers alike 💆‍♀️ Thank you for having me!

Hi, I’m Lynsey Pyott, Mum to 2 Beautiful girls Niamh & Eva.

3 fun facts about me:

1️⃣ We went all out on Bravo’s “Boozed Up Brits Abroad” years ago – what an adventure! 😅

2️⃣ Adventure ju**ie alert! I’ve skydived 3 times, bungee jumped (including the Death Drop 5 times), and traveled and explored Australia when I was 20 🌏

3️⃣ I have a totally irrational fear of cats and rats… used to be bats too, but I’ve mostly gotten over them 🤣 Cats, Bats, Rats 🤷‍♀️
