This is our sacred bell tent at Wyncot, home to many Sound Baths, ceremonies and gatherings over the years.

Unfortunately, it suffered some damage during the recent high winds and came crashing down. 😬

The good news is that it is being repaired and we plan to put it back up on Wednesday 10th June.

We are looking for a few volunteers who might be able to spare a couple of hours from 10am to help us raise it again.

If life has felt a little busy lately, this is your invitation to pause.

Join me on Tuesday evening for a relaxing Sound Bath at Friends Meeting House in Ashford.

Lie down, get comfortable, and allow the soothing sounds of gong, singing bowls, crystal bowls and chimes to help you unwind and settle into stillness.

No experience is needed.

📍 Friends Meeting House, Albert Rd, Ashford
🕖 Arrive from 7:00pm for a 7:15pm start

Just a quick update… 🌿

Unfortunately, due to a medical procedure and recovery time, I've made the decision to cancel the 90-minute Sound Bath in the tent on Sunday 8th June.

Thank you for your understanding.

The good news is that the next sacred bell tent Sound Bath on Wednesday 24th June is already open for bookings, and I'd love to see you there instead. 😊

Soft Evenings, Open Skies 🌿

Our June Sound Bath dates are now live, including summer sessions beneath canvas in the sacred bell tent.

Last week’s first evening back in the tent felt very special - candlelight, birdsong, deep rest and gentle sound held within the stillness of the countryside.

These gatherings are a space to slow down, settle and reconnect through the soothing sounds of gong, singing bowls and chimes.

Upcoming sessions:
🌿 Sacred Bell Tent - Wednesday 27th May
🌿 Ashford - Tuesday 2nd June
🌿 Sacred Bell Tent - Monday 8th June
🌿 Sacred Bell Tent - Wednesday 24th June

All sessions arrive 7pm for a 7:15pm start.

The sacred bell tent returns this Monday 🌿

After the winter months indoors, the Sound Baths are moving back into the bell tent in Hastingleigh for the summer season.

These sessions hold such a beautiful atmosphere - surrounded by nature, held beneath canvas, and immersed in the sounds of gongs, singing bowls and chimes.

This Monday’s session is an extended 90-minute Sound Bath, offering extra space and time to deeply relax, unwind, and settle the nervous system.

I’m really looking forward to holding this first tent gathering of the year.

My last sound bath was really special.

A few people shared afterwards that they’d slept deeply for the first time in a while…
Others spoke about a quieter mind, and just having space to properly rest.

That’s always the intention - to create a space where you don’t have to do anything, just lie down and be held in sound.

The next sessions are coming up soon:

🏡 Ashford (Friends Meeting House) - Tuesday 5th May
🌿 Sacred Bell Tent at Hastingleigh - Monday 11th May

The tent sessions in particular are a little more intimate and held in nature, and I’ll be keeping numbers limited.

If you feel called to come along, you’re very welcome.

Spaces are already starting to fill, so it’s worth booking in advance if you’re thinking of coming.

One week to go until our next Sound Bath at Wye Village Hall 🌿

These midweek sessions offer such a lovely pause in the middle of life - a chance to slow down, breathe, and let the body fully settle.

With gongs, singing bowls and chimes, the evening creates space for deep rest, nervous system reset, and quiet reconnection.

I’m really looking forward to this one - it’s already shaping up to be a lovely group, with just a few spaces remaining. 🌿
