A therapist is not your friend because therapy is not built around reassurance, fixing, or shared comfort.

It works because there is space to explore grief honestly, whether that grief comes from death, heartbreak, failure, change, or losing the life you imagined for yourself.

Last week I was at with where purchased one my TAROT SPREADS book.

Jo told me that she is new to tarot so I offered her a reading to show her first hand how the book can be used. Not only did she get to see how the book can help her with her Tarot journey, she also gained insight and clarity to her month ahead.

I really enjoyed seeing in person how beneficial this book can be for those who are getting to know their cards and confutable completing their own readings. āœØ

Itā€™s wild how one voice can outweigh a hundred truths.

All those momentsā€¦ your kindness, your growth, your achievementsā€¦ they all count. But when that one thought slips in ā€œIā€™m not good enoughā€ it can feel louder than everything else.

Therapy can help you to notice which ā€œjarā€ youā€™ve been taught to fillā€¦ and gently choose a different one. One where the good isnā€™t dismissed, and your worth isnā€™t up for debate.

Therapy can show you that you donā€™t have to keep throwing away the evidence of who you really are.

Therapy doesnā€™t always feel like a progress, sometimes it can feel like untangling everything all at once!

If youever started therapy or counselling and felt like your emotions become more intense, this is often part of the process. In Therapy we begin gently explore thoughts, feelings and patterns that may have been pushed aside for a long time but once felt tangled or confusing can start to come into awareness and from there, into understanding.

Whether you have been working through anxiety, stress, trauma, low self-esteem or relationship challenges, this untangling phase is where change begins.

isnā€™t about getting rid of your emotions itā€™s about learning how to understand and work with them.
