A lovely afternoon at Live in the Park, Parklife Weekend, Aylesbury Town Council. Thankyou to everyone who visited us at our stall today, Phonics with Robot Reg Aylesbury and Villages .You were all stars! Especially Benji who helped us today. A big shout out to Dan's Community Group, you give so much to our community. Please look at his page, support him by liking, following or helping on one of his litter picks. Thankyou Lace Hill Manor Care Home in Buckingham for a fabulous session 🧡

We brought the joy of rhythm to our residents last week with our new "Buckets for Bongos" drumming sessions! Transforming everyday buckets into lively percussion instruments is a fantastic way for everyone to boost their physical and mental well-being.

Drumming provides a gentle, accessible cardio workout that improves upper-body strength and joint mobility right from a comfortable seat. Beyond the physical perks, these high-energy music sessions stimulate cognitive function, spark nostalgic memories, and naturally reduce stress by releasing feel-good endorphins. Group drumming also creates a wonderful sense of community and shared laughter, helping our residents connect with one another in a vibrant, meaningful way.

It's fabulous to be part of an event organised by Aylesbury Town Council in our own town

Come and find us at the Festival Village in the Discovery zone. We're the bright orange stall, so you can't miss us! Grab a bucket and join us for a fun-filled bucket music session.

Another fabulous evening at Chilterns Gateway Club, Amersham. As always such a warm welcome and everyone was keen to get started! It was just so lovely to see everyone join in and have a good time. There was lots of bucket playing and singing to the songs. Abba and Queen being one of the favourites. We had so much help with handing out buckets and packing away. Then not one but two bucket roadies helped us take our equipment out to the car . Well done to you all, you were amazing 🌟
