Cleansing your Feng Shui cures and enhancers under a full moon is the optimal time to rid them of any negative energy that they may have accumulated since they were placed, recharging them to their full strength.
For items like the salt cure, I wouldn't recommend cleansing these unless they are very early in their growth stage, although all other cures and enhancers can benefit from a good wash (if this won't cause damage), and then expose them to moonlight until tomorrow morning or when you are able to put them back in place.
A great tip is to take photos of your cures and enhancers before you remove them to be cleansed, as they helps you remember where they go and in what order.
If you miss placing your cures out tonight, the next few days will still be a fantastic time to cleanse your cures and enhancers, as the moon will have just started its waning gibbous phase; try not to put too much stress on getting your cures under the moon tonight.
