Just a thought - how about hosting some short Basic Life support sessions for members?

Wonderful to see an AED at the gym but how many gym users would have the confidence / know when to use it?
Particularly in the wee early hours.

Fairly high risk environment potentially? As we know - cardiac arrest doesn’t discriminate.

CPR / AED session. 1hr at most (shorter than a PT / spin session 🤣) Delivered in a fun way! I reckon a local provider would do it at cost - or, a donation to the BHF?

One of my “whys” is - First Aid training is (generally) boring as f**k and I want to inspire as many people as possible with the confidence to step in and try to save a life (and have fun in doing so.)
