Dear Facebook followers…
we have a wheely big problem… 🚲

We have a very sad and lonely looking bicycle 🚲 parked up outside reception. It’s looking desperate to find its owner 😢 It’s been locked 🔒 to our bike stands for over 2 weeks with 2 flat tyres. It’s certainly feeling very sorry for itself! 🥺

Are you missing a bike? Do you know someone who may be missing one?

‼️If it is yours, please can you come and remove it by the end of the week‼️

If the bike is still there next week we will have no choice but to remove and dispose of it.

Dear Patient,

We have been made aware of an issue with an email that was sent by the surgery to some patients last night addressed with an incorrect name.

The mail merge incorrectly captured a different name from the one held on the patient’s GP record. The message was sent via our internal messaging system, and we are urgently investigating how this occurred. We sincerely apologise for any concern or confusion this may have caused to those who received the message.

Prescription Service Team – Temporary Changes to Opening Times commencing Thursday 30th April

Due to planned staff leave, our prescription service will have revised opening hours on some days.

The phone line and prescription hatch will be closed completely on:
• Thursday 30th April
• Friday 1 May
• Thursday 7 May
• Friday 8 May
• Thursday 14 May
• Friday 15 May

On the following days, our opening times will be limited:
Prescription Phone lines: 8:00am – 10:00am
Surgery Prescription hatch: 10:00am – 11:30am
• Tuesday 5 May
• Wednesday 6 May
• Monday 11 May
• Tuesday 12 May
• Wednesday 13 May

Please ensure you order your prescriptions in good time to avoid delays.
