I'm working on a presentation about inclusion in yoga.
It's something that's important to me, and one of the reasons I chose this particular teacher training course. The teacher who recommended it to me broke postures down into stages, so they were accessible to the whole class.
I like that approach. Not everyone comes into a class with the same experience, confidence, mobility, or goals, and I think yoga is at its best when there's space for that.
While I'm thinking about this topic, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
