A real professional but also a great guy who doesn't just provide an excellent massage but really listens to your exercise history, injuries and niggles and provides a full service including advice on how to best optimise performance and prevent further issues. I don't love a really hard massage but with his experience Daryl was able to provide the appropriate level of pressure balanced with my comfort. I would 100% recommend Daryl's services to anyone!
