Can I tell you something that surprises most people when they hear it?
Tinted lenses aren't just for sunglasses. And they're not just for summer.
In 2026, the most considered eyewear choices involve colour - soft tea tones, gradient greys, warm olive tints, subtle rose. Lenses that sit in everyday frames and change everything about how you look.
We've been doing a lot of work around this recently at CBTR. Looking properly at how colour interacts with skin tone, eye colour and frame style. And the results genuinely fascinated me.

We've just published our first CBTR Men's Style Guide for Summer 2026, and I'm genuinely proud of what we've put together.
It covers the biggest shifts in menswear this season - the triumph of soft tailoring, the return of architectural shapes, the colour conversations worth having - and how eyewear sits at the centre of all of it.
It also features a wonderful collaboration with Clements & Church, the bespoke tailors based right here in Beaconsfield New Town. The combination of a properly fitted suit and the right frame is - trust me - transformative.
