A massive thank you to each and every one of the 154 people who attended our family health day on Tuesday 27th October 2026. It is incredible that so many people are taking responsibility for their own health needs and becoming more aware of a range of health issues.
A number of people have been advised to see their GP regarding their results and others will have repeat checks done in 6-8 weeks with us.
Many thanks also to all our facilitators ☺

The HEART Projects Pickleball scheduled for tomorrow has been cancelled. Please pass the message on to everyone who normally attends. Pickleball will resume next Thursday 5th November. Hope to see you then!
