A very big thank you to our lovely carer Angela, for giving us a taste of Nigeria today.
She had all our wonderful costumes made, and told us all about her culture and customs we certainly have learned a lot about Nigeria today, we spent the afternoon listening to Nigerian music and she even taught as some dance moves 💃💃.
And to top it all of our chefs were busy in the kitchen preparing us a lovely lunch
of Cape Malay Chicken Curry
With yellow rice, which was Chicken cooked in a fragrant gently spiced tomato sauce.
Yellow Rice cooked with turmeric and cinnamon sticks.
Followed by
Malva pudding with apricot sponge and ice cream.
It was yummy we all really enjoyed it. 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬
