In the blink of an eye, im feeling myself again 🥰

This feeling is only achieved through hard work and dedication. Dedication to training before, during and after pregnancy. Now this is my first session back, so I'm not completely back. But this is definitely the start of making myself feel amazing again.

It's so super important for a woman to feel amazing again after being pregnant. She can then be the best, mother, partner and be at her most amazing self.

Hard work pays off ladies. It's not an easy journey for anyone. But with the drive and motivation there, you'll be bouncing back and feeling on top of the world.

It's certainly the final countdown now....... 🤯🥳😲😅🥰

Not only have I worked on myself physically, but what's become really apparent is that I've had to work on myself mentally. And have I indeed.....

The trauma one might carry from one birth to the next only comes to the surface when you're coming so close to the end of the pregnancy journey. I certainly didn't know to what extent I had trauma from my first birth experience.

To say I've only worked on myself physically would be a fib. So, with that being said, I'm totally READY for this next event. The marathon of labour‼️‼️

➡️ I've never stopped training as, 1️⃣ My body needs it to transition with the least amount of pain. 2️⃣ My baby deserves the best start in life. It's no joke to say that my babies will be as healthy as they can be with such a healthy start in life. If that's what I have managed to control throughout this entire journey, you bet I've been on it.

There have certainly been MANY times I've not felt like training or feeding myself in the best way possible, but do you think I gave in to those thoughts?? NOPE! WHY? Because this is too important to me. For me and for my baby.

Pregnancy isn't meant to be painful or tiring..... So why would you allow it? Let me guide you through your pregnancy and combat those so-called pregnancy symptoms.

No, i didn't come back from Aus having eaten too much. I came back growing a human inside of me. Phew!!!

Baby no.2 incoming - December 2024 💙❤️

Here I am again on the most important journey a woman can ever go on and go through. The times throughout aren't easy, but you can control that a lot through a healthy lifestyle.

My first pregnancy was a dream, so I'm 100% dedicated to making sure this is just the same. My life choices definitely dictate how I feel alongside pregnancy. When I'm feeling lethargic, I make sure I eat so dam well. I also hit the gym when I dont want to at all. Why??? - Because it makes a big difference.

14 weeks here and definitely feeling low in energy today. But I'm in the gym 🏋️‍♀️ 💪 because there is a marathon to attend at the end of this........

🤔 Please don't hesitate to ask me anything about keeping healthy on your pregnancy journey. I'm here to help you all. We aren't meant to just sit around.

👉 Oh, and I do know some of us are told we can't do a lot due to medical reasons. So I truly know that keeping fit can't be achieved by all. But you can control what goes in the gut.

I'll be starting the stretch flow classes up again since covid, from the beginning of September. These were such a hit back then, I can only see them become very popular very quickly. First session only half price of £5
