✨ **Release • Heal • Self • Grow** ✨

Last night was the first trial of my new *Creative Connections* workshop and I honestly couldn't have asked for a lovelier evening, thank you. 💜

We intuitively chose crystals around something to release, heal, our self and where we'd like to grow, and used them to inspire our pottery.

Everyone's choices told such a personal little story - some shared, some kept theirs completely private. No pressure, just crystals, creativity, connection and time for ourselves.

I'm hoping Creative Connections will become a year-long journey for small groups in 2027, so let me know if you'd be interested. 💜

And our next little magic moment... picking up these perfect peices once they've been glazed and fired! ✨

On the way to work this morning there were three broken-down lorries. Why am I telling you this? 😂

Because sometimes when something blocks the road, it forces us to slow down, take our time and have a little patience.

I've never seen ONE broken-down lorry on this journey in the five months I've been working here, and today there were three. The universe's message: Slow down. Take your time. Have patience. You'll still get where you want to be, even if the journey is slower than you would have liked.

Will I personally listen to this message? I can't make any promises. My ADHD makes slowing down almost impossible. 🤣

But this morning, at least, I didn't get frustrated. I just bimbled along thinking..."I know what you're doing.” 😂✨

Two years ago today my life changed and I bought a house. I am going to start sharing the journey again. In amongst my crystals readings and random adhd chat I can talk about the lessons I have learned and hopefully inspire people to keep going whatever happens.

It felt like there was an energy shift last night, like somehow the veils between mysticism and human reality cracked, very much like the multiverse is at the moment (if you are a marvel fan like me 🤓.)

I left my friend to get in my car and something said to me "we are alone now" and no there wasnt someone in the car waiting to kidnap me.

I pushed to try to understand what I was speaking to, or who. It was something. It felt ancient and like it was made of the stone and Earth itself. Anyway it had me typing things in google for me to try and see what on Earth, or maybe not on Earth, I was dealing with as I couldnt quite get where I needed to in terms of understanding and this is what came up.

Does this not read like my painting Connections? 🤯

I am hoping I get more but for now I feel the changes within me as I get closer than ever to have a grounded space of my own.
