My last Sound Bath in my little studio before I move into my beautiful new space in Bromham. 💛

What a day for it too... it was HOT! ☀️🥵

I hosted my very first corporate online Sound Bath today, and I absolutely loved every minute of it.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined me and shared the experience. ✨

Next stop is Avebury on Sunday for a beautiful Solunara Sound Bath & Hands-on Reiki with Tasha, before I begin moving into my new studio.

It feels like the end of one chapter and the beginning of an exciting new one.

I can't wait to welcome you into the new space very soon. 💫🙏

Today, I'm enjoying the wonderful carnival atmosphere in the lovely village where I live in Bromham, and tomorrow I shall be welcoming the Solstice sunrise in ceremony, honouring this sacred turning of the wheel and the gifts of the season.

✨ Exciting Studio & Outdoor Events Update

My studio is coming along beautifully, and I'm hoping to share an opening date very soon. It's been incredible watching the vision take shape, and I can't wait to welcome you into the space for sound baths, healing sessions, and community gatherings.

There are also more dates to come with Kasia and Solunara, including Yin Yoga, immersive sound experiences, and a return to the magical Avebury Stone Circle. 🌿

And there’s more exciting news…✨

I’m really looking forward to Tasha joining me in Avebury on Sunday 28th for a special shared experience.

We will be offering Blue Lotus Tea, Reiki healing touch, and a Solunara Sound Bath — a deeply nourishing and enriching couple of hours designed to restore, realign, and gently uplift. ✨

I’m planning a series of unique outdoor events this summer in truly magical locations —

✨ A private stone circle — for deep immersion, sound and connection under open skies.

🌊 A secluded lakeside space — surrounded by still water and nature’s calm.

These experiences are designed to be fully held in nature, where sound, stillness, and landscape come together in a beautiful and unforgettable way.

✨ Stones • Sound • Solstice ✨

What a truly beautiful and uplifting evening at The Henge Shop in Avebury Stone Circle with Kasia Bishop and Solunara Sound Baths.

As we move closer to the Summer Solstice, we gathered within the ancient stones at the beautiful Henge shop gallery to share a deeply restorative experience of movement, stillness, sound, and connection.

The evening began with a nourishing Yin Yoga practice beautifully guided by Kasia, followed by a powerful Gong Sound Bath, allowing us to relax and immerse ourselves in the energy of this sacred landscape.

There was something truly special about being held by the energy of the magnificent stone circle.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and helped co-create such a warm, joyful, and magical evening. It was an honour to collaborate, facilitate, and hold space together in such an extraordinary place.

Kasia and I are already looking forward to creating another gathering soon. Watch this space... 🌿💫

A lovely walk around Avebury today and this sign outside the church really stayed with me:

“Welcome pilgrims of all faiths or none”.

A beautiful reminder that everyone deserves a welcome.

In a world that can often feel divided, this message of openness and kindness felt especially poignant today.
